Les Cortis Vin de France Brisûre 2022 Color:Rose Aged in old botti forHalf red fleshed Gamay, half Altesse, all planted in limestone rich soils. The grapes are pressed directly with no time on the skin at all, lending the wine a pale pink color. The Altesse ages for one year, the Gamay for two, yielding a non vintage blend. Tasting notes: nose of strawberries and peach, fresh pink roses in the rain, granite, wintergreen. Palate is light, lemony, white strawberries and canned peaches. Outrageously good.
