He has the accolades (best young winemaker in France circa 2020) and the name drops (he worked with Michel Rolland in South America in the late 20 teens). He's travelled the globe making Sauvignon Blanc, but he came home to Pouilly Fume to make what we suspect is the best Sauvignon Blanc this side of Daguenau. Hand farmed, low yield,
