On the palate, these same flavors are abundant, along with sea salt, fresh hay, and honey. It is medium to full bodied with matching acidity, able to stand up to strong flavors, but also delicious on its own. A classic profile for Grechetto and Trebbiano, the most classic white grapes of the region.
