The oil removal concept is through the collision of the oil droplet with the media surface or "adsorption" where gravity separation becomes a lesser element of oil removal in coalescing designs. PRM carries cross flow PVC sheet media for trickling filters, submerged fixed beds, and other wastewater treatment applications
