Hario Cold Process Water Dripper Tower Pro Brewing the Vario-W features 54mm flatHario Cold Process Water Dripper Tower Overview A unique approach to the cold brew process, Hario's Cold Process Water Dripper Tower adheres to the philosophy that slow and steady wins the race. The Dripper Tower can brew up to 26 oz of coffee concentrate at a a time with a process that takes approximately 5 hours to complete. Cold water is loaded into the reservoir located on top of the tower while ground coffee goes in the filtered holder below.
