It is lever set so you unscrew the case front and pull the lever at 2 o'clock to set. Serial Number 2307181 This neat 21 jewel, 5 position watch had a total production of 447,200. It is a strong runner. I had no problem starting it right up with just a few turns and it has held time solidly. Screw back and front case.
