1953 Type 2 Jacket | Lot 507XX cf-color-black-gingham Length: 68The Type 2 is an icon of Americana. Watch any film from the '50s and you'll scarcely find any movie that didn't feature this jacket in some shape or form. Characterized by its slightly longer fit (at least when compared to the Type 1) double chest pockets, and button side tabs which were introduced as a replacement to the cinch back. Shrinks approximately 1 size down when machine wash and dried.
