8'6" Deepest Reaches Mega Fish Used Floyd Smith who ran the8'6" x 23" x 2 3 4" Kyle Albers, the man behind Deepest Reaches, creates some really relaxing Mega Fishes. Hand shaped in Irvine, California, Kyle thinks outside the box and isn't limited by preconceived notions of what a surfboard should be like. The outline is an elongated fish with a long straight rail line. The deck is kept fairly flat until several inches from the rail at which point the rail is foiled in a beveled manner to make the tick rail
